30 Minute Spot Treatment   $30

Thirty minute spot treatment designed with your specific complaint in mind. Perhaps, you have spent a lot of time on the golf course, shoveling snow or in the gym. Or maybe you have a tight schedule today and one half hour is all it would allow. Either way, my goal is to relieve your pain and stress.

Sixty minutes is considered the minimum for a "full body" massage.  Generally, I begin at your feet and move upwards, soothing away tension as I go. Most clients request a lot of work on their back, and I wrap up with gentle treatment on your face and scalp.  If you have a strain or tender area, I will gladly concentrate on that area if requested.

60 Minute Thai Massage   $60

Thai massage is done fully clothed on a mat on the floor. It is a routine performed on the client by the therapist in a manner to stretch and compress most major muscular areas of the body.

 60 Minute Cupping Massage   $60 

 Sixty minutes of massage with cupping included. Cupping massage is effective at increasing blood flow to an area.

90 minutes is a great way to rejuvenate your body and mind.  I will devote my complete attention to you. Smoothing ruffled feathers, so to speak.  I'll help you forget what ails you!  The additional time allows me to give tired muscles some extra special attention.

Chair massage with on-site employee benefit in mind. Chair massage is commonly done in as little as ten minutes while clients remained fully clothed. Company can pay or individual employees.
